EMPOWERING TODAY’S YOUTH

Because every kid deserves a shot!

Mallory and Dansby Swanson believe that every child deserves to feel seen, supported, and believed in. As elite professional athletes, Mallory a Olympic Gold Medalist U.S. Women’s Soccer player and Dansby, a two-time Gold Glove Major League Baseball shortstop, have experienced how sports can help shape a young life—building confidence, resilience, and hope.

They founded the Purpose & Calling Foundation to come together for today’s youth, using sports as a gateway to something bigger. Through access to youth sports, mental health awareness, and the provision of basic necessities, the foundation works to remove barriers that hold kids back and lift them toward who they’re meant to be. Because when a child is supported on and off the field, anything is possible—and every kid deserves a shot.

WHAT WE DO

HOST KIDS AT THE FIELD

Mallory and Dansby Swanson love giving kids unforgettable experiences by hosting them at Wrigley Field and Chicago Stars games. They treat the kids to team warm-ups, fun Q&A sessions, and the excitement of watching the game live. Through these special moments, they inspire young athletes and create memories that last a lifetime.

FINANCIAL GRANTS

We provide financial grants to deserving non-profits that make a real difference in the lives of children through youth sports. By supporting programs that promote teamwork, confidence, and healthy lifestyles, we help create opportunities for kids to grow both on and off the field. Our goal is to empower organizations that are shaping the next generation through the positive impact of sports.

group clinIcs

Mallory and Dansby Swanson host their own youth clinics, giving kids the chance to receive hands-on lessons from professional athletes. These clinics provide personalized instruction, skill-building, and encouragement in a fun and supportive environment. Through this direct experience, kids gain confidence, learn teamwork, and develop a love for the game.
